Good Day,

As of this morning, Kahenya with the assistance of our Legal Team initiated a “spinoff” of Wallapa from being a ViRN Instruments Company to being an Independent Company. This move allows the company to grow independently of other ViRN Instruments assets and will allow for independent investors to come in.

Over the next 90 days, we will be creating a full new Board of Directors and unveiling a new corporate strategy. Until this transaction is finalised, Kahenya still remains as the overall CEO until otherwise stated. We will also be announcing the new location of our offices when we finalise that.
